The Double or more Life of the Fake Heiress (Mirabella)

Chapter 1433

Ben looked at the silver needle with a sudden ominous feeling rising in his heart. He even ignored the pain in his body and looked at her warily. "What are you doing? Don't you want to know where James is?"

The silver needle gleamed coldly under the light. Mirabella's gaze was indifferent as she looked at Ben. "Underestimating someone can have dire consequences." With those words, she plunged the needle into a specific point on Ben's head. After dealing with Ben, Mirabella didn't give him another glance. She walked over to Lisa, checked her pulse, and, seeing she was mostly fine, felt relieved.

Mirabella didn't wake Lisa up. Instead, she scanned the enclosed room, her gaze finally landing on a smartphone lying on the table. She stood up and walked over to it.

The phone, which Ben had turned off, was hers. Since they were in the basement, there was no signal when she turned it back on, but the Messenger app showed two unread messages.

Mirabella opened Messenger; both messages were from James. Thinking back to what Ben had said, she quickly switched the phone to computer mode and entered some commands.

Soon, a holographic projection screen displayed a red dot for the location, not far from their current location-about a ten-minute drive.

Mirabella picked up her phone, no longer delaying, and lifted the unconscious Lisa in her arms.

Before leaving, she stopped by a data monitoring device, glanced at the halted data, and with a few taps on the keyboard, the device screen went black.

After wiping all the data, she carried Lisa out of the basement.

Since the place was Ben's private residence and unguarded, Mirabella left smoothly.

The car sped towards the location marked on her phone.

Mirabella's expression remained unchanged throughout the drive, her foot pressing down hard on the accelerator. She didn't stop at red lights, driving the white van as if it were a sports car.

On the other side.

James arrived at the address sent by Ben. As soon as he stepped into the warehouse, he was surrounded by a group of armed men.

The leader was a burly foreigner, his identity revealed by the ferocious tattoo

peeking out from behind his ear, despite wearing a black mask.

James narrowed his eyes, feeling a sudden chill. It was the Cheetah, ranked fifth among international mercenary groups.

Quite a big move.

"Where is he?" James asked, his voice devoid of any emotion, his cold aura undiminished by the heavy weapons surrounding him, if anything, it intensified.

None of those surrounding him dared to take him lightly.

Rumors had it that this man's skill with weapons was terrifying, making any weapon seem like a toy in his presence.

Cheetah, understanding only basic English, didn't know who James was asking about. Ben hadn't informed him either.

His main goal was to capture James, so when James asked about someone, he didn't bother to explain, merely cracked his neck

Others might fear this man, but Cheetah didn't. After all, his rank in the assassin

world wasn't for show.

Seeing Cheetah's gesture,
