The CEO’S Unplanned Heir novel (Aurelia and Leopold)

Chapter 216

Chapter 216

Is this real life or just an act? Aurelia couldn’t help but admire Bonnie’s acting prowess.

The studio was packed with Avery’s fans for the filming. Avery was performing a scene from a popular

drama series. The shot of him fighting back tears was so compelling that his fans started crying along

with

him.

Avery’s talent as an actor never ceased to amaze the director and the audience alike. But only Aurelia

knew that his pain was real. Seeing Bonnie, his first love, the woman he once had feelings for, was

bound to stir up emotions.

From the back of the stage, Leah watched the scene unfold, a hint of admiration flashed across her

beautiful eyes as she thought, “Avery was always the star, just like when they were kids. A born

entertainer!” By the time the filming wrapped up, it was already nightfall. As Avery exited the studio, his

fans mobbed him excitedly.

“Oh my God, Avery is so handsome.”

“Avery is definitely the most good–looking man in the entertainment industry.”

“I’m in love with Avery.”

“He’s my man. Back off, everyone!”

Avery smiled and greeted his fans before being escorted into his car by the crew.

Aurelia and Arnold waited for the fans to disperse before leaving. Once they were in the car, Aurelia

received a message from Avery on WhatsApp: [I’m heading home. You guys enjoy yourselves.]

Aurelia was speechless Arnold gave her a charming smile, “I know a great place for dinner.”

They drove to the Royal Emerald Resort.

Inside the resort was a star–themed restaurant. Stepping into it felt like stepping into a galaxy.

The ceiling curved like a dome with a crescent moon hanging above them, and twinkling stars

scattered across it. It was a sight straight out of a dream.

“Wow, this is beautiful!” Aurelia marveled. She had no idea such a fantastic restaurant existed in

Elysium.

Reservations were a must due to the restaurant’s popularity. But tonight, Arnold had booked the entire

place. After all, he owned it!

“I knew you’d love this place.” Arnold said, a soft smile playing on his lips.

Aurelia was taken aback, “The owner must be an artist.”

Arnold just gave her a mysterious smile and handed her the menu.

A quick glance at the menu made it clear why the place was not recommended more often it was

pricey!

The dishes were named after cosmic phenomena: Gravitational Pull, Starlight Serenade…

“You pick. We have similar tastes. If you like it, I’m sure I will too.” Aurelia said.

Arnold chuckled, they were indeed a perfect match.

As they waited for their order, the waiter brought them some juice.

Aurelia stirred her juice, murmuring, “Avery was definitely affected by Bonnie today. Good thing his

script was a tragedy, not comedy. It could have impacted his performance.”

Arnold smirked, “Actually, Director Edmond gave him a comedy script. I had it changed for him.”

Aurelia gave him a thumbs up, “You’re always reliable!”

Arnold raised an eyebrow, “The talent I personally scout must achieve great success.”

His intuition was never wrong. Avery had a promising future and was worth the investment.

The waiter started serving their dishes.

The presentation was exceptionally creative. It was undoubtedly a must–visit place for couples and art

enthusiasts.

Aurelia took a bite of her puff pastry and immediately praised, “Crispy and flavorful. Delicious!”

Arnold liked her enthusiasm. Most women he knew wouldn’t dare to eat so freely.

Aurelia sipped her juice, her thick eyelashes fluttering as if in deep thought. “People change a lot after

leaving college and entering society. I remember thinking Bonnie was so innocent when I first met her. I

didn’t expect her to become so manipulative. She even used a priest ‘s prediction as an excuse to

break up

with Avery. She knew he was sentiment*l and used it against him!”

“Do you think Avery would believe her?” Arnold asked. Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.
