Kiss My Revenge The Heiress Strikes Back

Chapter 417

But the man on top of her didn't seem to react much-except for that barely restrained longing, now buzzing through him so intensely it made his scalp tingle.

Elian had always had this wild, almost insane attraction to Miranda. Now there was more-emotion, atmosphere, the official announcement of their relationship. The excitement and thrill of it all made his desire nearly impossible to control.

It just... overflowed, like a dam bursting open.

"You seriously want to do this here?" Miranda teased, eyebrow raised.

Elian froze. He just lay there, sprawled across her, not moving, his breath warm against her neck.

His voice was soft, laced with a heavy, lingering affection.

"I can't help it..."

"I like you too much..."

"I don't want our first time to be here. Let's wait until we're married, okay?"

Miranda hesitated, then smirked. "Well, I mean, it doesn't have to be after we're married, you know."

Elian blinked. "What?"

Miranda cleared her throat, a little embarrassed. "I mean-what if we get married and you suck in bed? That's a lot of paperwork for a refund."

Maybe it had something to do with Miranda's job, but she wasn't shy about this stuff. She knew what she liked.

Why bother if it wasn't going to be fun?

Otherwise, what a waste of time, right?

Elian stared at her, expression shifting, a dangerous glint flickering in his eyes. "Suck in bed, huh?"

As soon as he said it, Miranda felt it.

What had just been pressed against her thigh now nudged firmly between her legs. She instantly felt the distance between her thighs widen, her cheeks burning.

God...noveldrama

She cleared her throat, a touch awkward. "Well, sometimes it's all about... you know, personal skills."

Big doesn't always mean good, right?

Elian's mouth curled into a cocky grin, his eyes glinting with challenge. "Babe, are you really questioning my skills right now?"

That look made Miranda's ears go red. He was clearly enjoying her fluster, almost mocking her for even daring to doubt him.

And later, Miranda really understood just how much weight Elian's words carried. Oh, she got it, all right.

And realized exactly why he'd laughed like that.

Because—well, he definitely had a talent to be proud of.

Just as impressive as his military skills.

Maybe even more so.

It took all her willpower to finally shove the suddenly clingy, sticky Elian off her and out of the car.

But she couldn't ignore those puppy-dog eyes following her as she walked away. Maybe it was because they were officially together now-everything felt different. Elian was even more shameless, not holding back at all.

Before Miranda could get out, he left plenty of little marks on her neck, just to stake his claim.

She could still taste the faint tang of his cologne and maybe a little too much of his attention.

And yet, the man seemed absolutely delighted with himself.

Where had the guy who'd bickered with her nonstop when they first met disappeared to?

"Wait for me," his voice called from behind her.

"And don't go flirting with any other

guys... Or let them flirt with you, either." He was dead serious, his dropping a few degrees colder.

He clearly cared—a lot.

Miranda just rolled her eyes.

"Take care of yourself," he added, softer this time.

She glanced back at the big Jeep behind her. Elian's handsome face was almost unfair in the moonlight, the glow casting perfect shadows that made him look even more irresistible.

She couldn't help but smile. "You too. Be safe."

"Take care of yourself," she said again, meaning it.

Elian looked like he wanted to say something touching.

But Miranda just grinned. "If something happens... just hang in there. I can patch

you up as long as you're breathing."

Elian stared, then burst out laughing. "Deal."

With that, Miranda turned and headed for the big front door.

She knew if she didn't leave first, Elian would just stand there forever, watching

her go.

But this time, even after she'd walked a good distance inside, she still didn't hear him drive away.

"Welcome home, Miss," said the butler at the entrance, bowing politely.

"Everything go smoothly around here?" she asked.

Jo, the butler, glanced at the marks on her neck, then quickly averted his eyes.

“All's well, Miss. The house is fine. But... there have been some unfamiliar faces hanging around outside the estate lately. Different from the ones before. They don't seem to have noticed us, though."
