The CEO’S Unplanned Heir novel (Aurelia and Leopold)

Chapter 299

Chapter 299

He lifted his hand, gently ruffling her hair. “Then forget him, start anew! Haven’t you always said,

‘There are plenty of fish in the sea, why pine for just one? My ‘fish‘ isn’t half bad, want to consider it?”

She gave a self–deprecating smile, “You’re a noble master from the Stirling family. You’ve got women

lined up to the moon and back. Why would you want someone like me who’s already had children?”

Arnold’s mouth tightened, his gaze focused intently on her, his expression serious and solemn,

“Aurelia, no matter what’s happened, you’re the best. No woman can compare to you. I’m not a

traditional guy, I don’t care about these things. There are plenty of women who’ve been divorced,

who’ve had children, but they’re still pursued.”

Speaking, he knitted his brows together on purpose, “Don’t say such things to me again. It upsets me.”

His gentleness felt like a soothing spring on her frostbitten heart, warming it slightly.

Meeting him was the greatest fortune of her life.

While Leopold was her disaster!

“I don’t know what dangers I’ll encounter once I arrive at Eldoria, I shouldn’t have dragged you into this.

But | don’t have many friends in Elysium, I don’t know who else to turn to…”

She lowered her head, her voice growing weaker until it was barely audible.

“Aurelia,” Arnold steadied her by the shoulders, “Your problems are my problems. Besides, Liam is my

nephew. His father may have heartlessly abandoned him, but his uncle won’t. I’ll definitely save him.”

“Thank you.”

A wave of sorrow washed over Aurelia. Was Leopold enjoying a sweet romance with Evelyn at the

hotel right now? They finally got together.

Then she wished them a lifetime of happiness.

From now on, she didn’t want to have any connection with him.

After a moment of silence, Arnold spoke in a low voice, “Once we get to Eldoría, don’t contact anyone.

I’ll send people to investigate secretly. We need to be fully prepared. Remember, don’t act alone.

Without backup, you’re a lamb walking into the lion’s den.”

“Alright.” She nodded. Until her child was rescued, she would stay alive. If she died, there would be no

one

left to save Liam.

On another plane,

Leopold was on high alert.

He had underestimated Aurelia once again. She always managed to do things that took him by surprise

and

he could never control.

All of his plans were disrupted.

But he had no choice but to find her. Only when she was safe under his watch, could he focus on

other

matters.

He grabbed a bottle of water from the cooler and chugged it down. Only the cold water could keep him

calm for a moment.

Once he found her, he would keep her on an island, where she couldn’t escape!

A few hours later, the plane landed in Eldoria’s capital, Ironridge.

As one of the countries that didn’t require visa, the border procedures in Eldoria were very

straightforward and quick.

Arnold took Aurelia to a secluded villa in the outskirts.

His assistant, Russell, had already made all the arrangements.

This time, Arnold brought along a number of bodyguards, all carefully selected to ensure Aurelia’s

safety.

Russell brought two boxes, one filled with weapons, the other with high–tech equipment.

Eldoria was a country where the use of firearms was legal. NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.

As a top photographer, Arnold had been to various places around the world, including some war–torn

countries. He was very experienced in self–defense.

“Aurelia, we don’t know our enemy’s capabilities yet. You need to learn some basic self–defense

skills.”

Aurelia nodded, taking a handgun, “Teach me. I’ve fought before, I don’t mind doing it again.”

Arnold knew she had the courage and daring. He had witnessed it at the subway station in France,

which is why he suggested she learn.
