“No, he has a dinner tonight with the producer and director. Life in entertainment industry comes with a

“Do these events cost a lot of money?” Jolin asked with a hint of concern. After all, there was no extra

Aurelia instinctively glanced at the man across from her and stood up, moving a bit away.

After hanging up, Aurelia returned to the table.
Leopold poured her a glass of juice, “Is your child support enough?”
She was taken aback for a moment and then laughed awkwardly, “Of course.”
If she could become a director, her salary would double, and with bonuses, she would be able to repay
him.
Just as she was thinking this, she heard Leopold’s voice across the table, “Isn’t it better to be a CEO’s
wife than a director? Could a director make as much money?”
