Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

"Hey, have you seen my wife?" Andre asked as he approached a group.

"Hey Andre, Mrs. Cedillo just mentioned she was looking for you."

Andre nodded in thanks and turned to find his wife, only to spot the mischievous Mia hiding behind a wall, acting all sneaky.

Mia jumped, surprised, and turned to see her husband. She pouted playfully, "You scared me again, hon!"

Andre glanced around the empty space. "What were you spying on just now?"

Mia pondered for a moment with a playful pout. "Well, I saw someone, and I think he's from The Silent Ring. He seemed to be tailing some guy-the one who married that famous star, though I don't know who he is. Anyway, I really like that star, hee hee." She giggled.

Andre immediately became alert, narrowing his eyes. "Are you sure?"

Mia thought for a moment. "I'm pretty sure about his silhouette; we might've crossed paths before." She tugged at her husband's shirt, smiling sweetly. "That was all in the past, right? You're not mad, are you?"

Andre wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "Mia, are you sure he's from The Silent Ring?"

The more serious Andre got, the more uncertain Mia felt, worried about making a mistake. She shook her head. "They're masters of disguise, so I can't be sure. But his silhouette reminded me of someone we analyzed back in the day. If I could get a closer look, maybe I could tell for sure."

Andre trusted his wife's memory implicitly; after all, she was the one who first discovered Tom was from The Silent Ring. Hugging her, he said, "Let's get out of here."

In the lobby, Andre spotted the host, Patrick, who was on his way back and happened to run into Andre. It was obvious he was worried about something. Andre stopped him. "If I were you, I'd get someone out there to deal with it right away, instead of wasting time verifying it."

Patrick met Andre's determined gaze and paused for a few seconds. "Thanks, Andre."

Then he turned and left.

Mia glanced at Andre, and while he was distracted, she dashed off again.

Andre sighed. "There she goes! Off again! My little runaway!"

He chased after her and finally caught up with her in the bushes. "Mia, why are you running off like this?"

"Darling, I just want to confirm if it's someone from The Silent Ring. I remember his features."

Andre held her tightly around the waist, not letting go. "You didn't fight him, did you?"

"Pfft, impossible. I've never lost a fight."
