Intrigued, the doctor took a few steps closer to check, but her hand was empty.

He slightly shook his head, assuming that maybe it had just been his imagination.

“Ms. Clarke, the director and I have reviewed your case. Even though it’s a straightforward surgery, to be on the safe side, let’s carry it out at our branch clinic for efficiency. The equipment there is better.” As he spoke, he opened the drawer to grab his car keys.

But as he reached inside, he saw that the keys seemed to have been moved a little.

He figured it might just be his imagination playing tricks on him.

“Alright, thanks for your help,” Allison said, accepting the plan without hesitation.

Still, to keep up appearances, she feigned concern and asked, “Are you sure you can make my nose higher and straighter?”

“Absolutely,” the doctor replied, his tone careful. “I’ll do the surgery myself and guarantee you’ll be happy with the results. If not, you’ll get a full refund. There will be no problem.”

They had fallen for it.

Before long, the doctor escorted Allison to what he called the “branch clinic.”

The place didn’t feel like a hospital. It had more of a depressing, warehouse vibe.

“Doctor, are we in the right place?” Allison asked, looking uneasy.

“This doesn’t seem like a hospital.”

“Relax, it’s just an old warehouse that hasn’t been fixed up yet,” the doctor replied with a mysterious smile. “Once we pass through these doors, the branch clinic is just on the other side.”

Allison walked behind him, saying slowly, “That’s good.” She stared blankly at the warehouse door up ahead.

It was covered in dark red rust, which looked like old bloodstains.

Then, a loud creak echoed.

The doctor shoved the warehouse door open.

Almost in the same motion, he pushed Allison inside.

“Come take a look, we’ve got fresh stock!”

The doctor’s true nature finally showed. He grinned, pleased with himself.

His voice bounced off the walls, immediately catching the attention of those inside.

“Well, well, she’s a real looker.”

“We needed a woman for Mr. White, and we got one so fast!”

“Look at that smooth skin! Those foreign men will love her!”

A group of shady men quickly rushed over and bound Allison.
