"Naomi, you are my mate. I thought you would be okay with it," Magnus gets off the bed. "The Royal Archive is huge."

"I don't care, Magnus. Get out." I scream at him.

"Naomi-" Magnus pleads and tries to touch me. "GET OUT!" I roar at him and fold my arms.

Magnus sighs heavily. "Can we talk about this?"

"There is nothing to talk about, Magnus. Get the f**k out of my apartment." I say as Ruby howls in my head. I pull on one of my shirts.

'What are you doing?' She demands from me.

'This is my home. I am not leaving! I snarl at her.

Magnus quickly throws on his pants while I stare at the floor. "Are you saying that you don't want to come home with me?" I glance at his face and see the devastation.

I press my lips together. "This is my home, Magnus. I'm not leaving."

He shakes his head and walks out of my bedroom. I follow him out and watch him leave without another word. I sit on the couch for a minute before I go down and lock all the Archive doors and then lock the doors in my apartment. I go and lay down on my bed where I had just lost my virginity. Ruby is fuming in my head because I threw Magnus out. I stare up at the ceiling and think I am in the right. What was Magnus thinking planning things without me? This is my home.
