"That's great," Cleef said, feeling immensely excited. He was giving away both his daughter and a precious treasure, so it wasn't surprising others might think he was out of his mind.

Staying true to his word, Cleef handed the Spirit Herb to Sebastian.

After receiving the Spirit Herb, Sebastian went back immediately. He was eager to consume the herb to see if they would help restore his memory.

Meanwhile, Cleef busied himself with announcing the wedding date. Previously, he had only announced the engagement without specifying a date. This time, he set the wedding for ten days later.

Not only that, but he also began preparations for the wedding that very day, including sending out invitations.

Typically, Phoenix Island residents wouldn't invite outsiders to their wedding celebrations, though sometimes close friends were invited.

Cleef had such a close friend, someone he had met during his younger days while traveling. This friend had even saved his life, making him dearer than a blood-related brother.

Unfortunately, this friend suffered a catastrophe a few years back, losing his entire family, with only his daughter escaping but going missing.

Recently, Cleef had discovered the whereabouts of his friend's daughter, who was now working for the Supreme One.

He decided to invite her to his daughter's wedding and ask if she would like to stay on Phoenix Island so he could take care of her.

The announcement of the wedding date caused an uproar on Phoenix Island.

People were buzzing with conversation, many thinking Cleef was indeed crazy for marrying off his only daughter to an amnesiac housekeeper.

Upon hearing the news herself, Clara flew into a rage and smashed everything in her room.

"No! I am a noble lady. How can I marry a stinking housekeeper?" Clara fumed, growing increasingly resentful. She secretly arranged a meeting with Theo.

"Theo, you have to find a way. I don't want to marry that lackey," Clara pleaded.

Theo frowned deeply. "Clara, it's complicated now. Your father has already announced the wedding date. It can't be changed."

"What do you mean? Are you abandoning me?" Clara said angrily.

"It's not that I'm abandoning you. I just haven't figured out a solution yet," Theo replied.

"What's there to think about? There's only one way now; we have to kill him," Clara said viciously.

"Clara, don't be impulsive. That lackey is already in your father's house. There's no opportunity to act," Theo cautioned.

Clara knew it was difficult to act now, so she thought for a moment and said, "Then, we'll kill him on our wedding night."

"You've gone insane!" Theo exclaimed in startled eyes. "Don't do anything rash. Murdering your husband on your wedding night would make the whole Phoenix Island turn against you."

"So, you're just going to abandon me? You're going to let me become that lackey's wife?" Clara fumed.

"Of course not. You will always be my woman. But I can't give you the title. You can be married to him in name only. On your wedding night, I'll just go to your room and let him be a living cuckold," Theo said coldly.
