“Welcome to Japan, Sweetheart.”
Deasy smiled broadly as she arrived and finally set foot in Japan. As a woman from an affluent family, traveling to Japan shouldn’t have been difficult for her.
Throughout her life, she had traveled to several countries, both for leisure and work-related purposes.
However, despite visiting many countries in Europe and Asia, she had never had the opportunity to visit Japan. It was quite ironic.
Now, after harboring this desire for so long, Lucas had granted it. Turning this special trip into a birthday gift made Deasy feel even more delighted.
“Thank you so much, Luc. As a husband and life partner, you truly go above and beyond. If I had ten thumbs, I’d give them all to you.”
“With my pleasure, Honey,” Lucas replied when they had arrived in Japan and were now at the hotel. “Your happiness and Jonas’s are my current life goals. Whatever it takes, I’ll do it to make both of you happy.”
“But how did you know I really wanted to go to Japan?”
Deasy was naturally curious. She remembered clearly that she had never talked about her dream of visiting Japan.
Whenever they had time to exchange stories, Deasy mostly shared stories of her past or discussed future dreams she wanted to achieve with Lucas. She couldn’t recall ever mentioning this particular dream, which made her wonder how Lucas could have known about it.
“I just guessed,” Lucas replied casually.
“Come on, that doesn’t sound convincing at all.”
Lucas laughed. He was delighted to see Deasy with an annoyed expression like she had now.
“I knew it from Mom. She told me that ever since you were little, you’ve always wanted to go to Japan. And on one of your birthdays, my late father once gave you a ticket as a gift to go to Japan together. But because my dad passed away before that could happen, the plan never came to fruition. So, consider this my way of making up for that moment. If you couldn’t go with my late dad, at least you can go with me.”
Deasy was deeply moved by what Lucas had done for her. For whatever reason, she was truly grateful that God had brought her together with a man who could fill in all the gaps she had.
If she looked back on her past, she couldn’t help but feel embarrassed about all her habits and actions. Sometimes, Deasy found it amusing to remember how she used to despise Lucas. She had underestimated him and had overthought things, thinking that a man with narrow eyes like him wasn’t suitable to be her life partner.
Moreover, Deasy even boasted. She had once insulted and arrogantly claimed that Lucas wasn’t her type of man because he had an older brother who didn’t meet her criteria.
“Come on, dear. My older brother meets all the standards, you know. Once you try it, you’ll be addicted.”
When Deasy remembered Lucas’s words, she couldn’t help but laugh in embarrassment. She remembered how Lucas had convinced her that he was the right person for her.
And as it turned out, Lucas’s words were not just empty boasts. In the end, he was able to prove that he was the ideal person Deasy could be proud of.
“I should also thank God for the destiny he arranged for both of us, Luc.”
“I’m also grateful I met a unique woman like you.”
Deasy wasn’t offended in the slightest. She laughed upon hearing Lucas’s confession. Deasy admitted that she wasn’t really unique, more like crazy and capricious.
“But, you don’t regret it, do you?”
“Regret what?”
“Because I forced you to sleep with me that night.”
Lucas shook his head. At one point, he had thought that his help that night for a heavily intoxicated Deasy was the beginning of a disaster.
But now, he looked thankful. If Lucas hadn’t kindly taken Deasy, who was seriously drunk, to her apartment that night, their life story might never have happened.
“Everything I’ve done and experienced with you from the moment we met until now, I don’t regret any of it. In fact, I’m grateful that God destined us to meet.”
Deasy was pleased with Lucas’s honest response. She was sure he wasn’t boasting or exaggerating.
“As a token of appreciation for all the kindness you’ve shown, I need to give you a gift tonight.”
“A gift?”
Lucas furrowed his brow. It was Deasy’s birthday, after all. Why was he the one getting a gift?
“A gift for me?”
Deasy nodded.
“Yes. A prelude gift before I give you other gifts as well.”
Deasy then approached Lucas, who was sitting comfortably on the edge of the bed. Without many words, or much speech at all, the woman who was celebrating her birthday suddenly took a seat on Lucas’s lap.
Playfully and without any shame, Deasy wrapped her arms around Lucas’s neck while wearing a mischievous smile. Occasionally, she would affectionately kiss her husband’s cheek, as if deliberately hinting at what kind of gift she would give him next.
Understanding what Deasy wanted, Lucas confidently unbuttoned his black shirt that hugged his muscular frame. Then, he focused on Deasy, gently cupping her face and landing a deep kiss. He savored the softness of Deasy’s lips as they kissed passionately.
Meanwhile, Lucas’s free hand began to explore. It traced the buttons of Deasy’s shirt, undoing them one by one until the front of Deasy’s body was revealed.
Without needing to ask for permission or many questions, Lucas guided Deasy to lie down. With a variety of enticing movements, he began to unite with her.
Not wanting to rush what he was doing, Lucas clearly built a slow and steady lovemaking rhythm. Every movement he created, Lucas believed, had the power to captivate and envelop both himself and Deasy simultaneously.
Every sensual movement Lucas and Deasy engaged in was intoxicating and melodic. They reciprocated each other’s desires. Eventually, they both felt the sensation of pleasure.Content is © by NôvelDrama.Org.
“I love you, Luc. Love you to the moon and back. Whatever happens in the future, I hope we can face it together,” Deasy whispered while still embracing Lucas’s body.
At this moment, for both of them, nothing brought greater happiness than being together. They shared moments of joy, sadness, grief, and happiness together.
Who would have thought that it all began with the fateful events they both went through? It continued with the drama of pregnancy and the tug-of-war over responsibilities and marriage. Not to mention the various challenges that came their way.
They had faced it all one by one. From being as distant as the sky and earth, they were now as close as veins and arteries.
Once again, Lucas and Deasy both thanked the destiny that God had arranged so meticulously. With the addition of Jonas, who now completed their happiness.
Lucas and Deasy’s hope for this happiness continued to grow. They wished it would last forever, until death separated them.
