It was just the two of them in the office. Tyler was so furious he wished he could crack her head open and put some sense back into her.

Nadine was taken aback by Tyler's outburst. She yanked her hand free and stepped back, frowning at him. "What's your problem, Tyler? I have no idea why you're upset. I was only trying to give you some advice.

"If I've said something wrong, I'm more than willing to apologize and take responsibility for my words. However, if you lay a hand on me again, I'll report you for harassment!"

The only reason she said those things was to stop him from provoking Brad. After all, the Sullivans were no match for the Hamiltons.

In just a matter of days, the Sullivan family would face the real threat of bankruptcy. She didn't want to be the reason Brad lost control and caused their downfall, so she tried to stop Tyler from making things worse.

Little did she know that, to him, it came across as her belittling him. God knew that was never her intention. She was just attempting to give Tyler a little friendly advice. Nothing more.

Blind with anger, Tyler couldn't listen to reason. He was convinced Nadine thought he wasn't good enough.

The more he dwelled on it, the angrier he became. He stormed around the desk and headed straight for Nadine, gripping her shoulders tightly as he bellowed, "Six years ago, waited outside Hamilton Estate all night for you. Why didn' you come out? Why couldn't you have just told me you weren't interested in me? I wouldn't have wasted an entire night waiting if you had just been honest with me!

"And now, six years later, I can't bear to see how miserable you are. I want you to be happy more than anything else, so why are you still clinging to Brad like he's your only option? Open your goddamn eyes, Nadine! Brad doesn't love you! Don't waste your time on him anymore!

"There are so many good men out there! Why do you have to like him? Why can't you like me? Six years ago, if I had confessed sooner, you would've been mine! You should've been mine!"

Tyler felt like he was truly losing his mind, shouting at the top of his lungs as he tried to pull Nadine into his arms and hold her tightly. But they were in the office, and Nadine,, didn't like him, so there was no way she was going to let him get his way. She struggled against him, smacking him as she tried to break free.

Unfortunately, she was no match for Tyler. It didn't take long before he had her wrapped in his arms. He planted a kiss on her forehead and the tip of her nose. "Please don't push me away, Nad love you so much. I've loved you for six years. I just want to hold you. Please don't turn me down!"

Nadine was so furious she sank her teeth into his shoulder. "Tyler Sullivan, you'd better stop this right now, or you'll be sorry!"

However, her threats and warnings fell on deaf ears. Her eyes were now ablaze with anger, and she used all the tricks she'd used on Brad against Tyler.
