Amelia’s legs arched from walking for quite sometime now. She turned towards Liam who wasn’t paying attention to her little body language.

Liam released a sigh, earlier he had suggested that they explore the town with their car but she blatantly refused saying she wants to feel the nature and here she was complaining.

As the couple walked down the cobblestone streets of the town, the sun was setting, casting a warm, golden glow on everything around them.

They passed by charming shops and cafes, with the smell of freshly baked bread wafting through the air.

Amelia inhaled the air greedily “Wow Liam let’s try that!” she exclaimed pulling him to the stall to get some bread.

“I won’t give you a crumb even if you fall on your kneels” Amelia said while Liam shrugged, he simply held her face after she took a bite out of the bread.

The shopkeeper marvelled at the sight before her, she could tell that they were new couples.

A group of college students who were passing at that time took a quick photo of the two.

“Learn from him and be a little bit romantic!” a blonde girl among them said facing a boy next to her.

Amelia smiled exposing her perfect set of white teeth. Her cheeks might burn before she reaches home today.

“Liam this isn’t one of those fancy restaurants where you pay with cards, good thing I brought my purse”

Liam and Amelia walked hand in hand, enjoying the peacefulness of the evening.

As the sun sets, the couple decided to visit a small cafe for a light dinner.

They sat at a table on the patio, with fairy lights twinkling overhead. They ordered simple, delicious food – a salad, some fresh bread, and a glass of wine.

As they ate, they talked and laughed, enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

As the evening winds down, they took a leisurely walk back to their house, hand in hand. The stars were shining brightly in the sky, and the air was cool and fresh.

Liam noticed how tired she was after today’s activities, he picked her up in his arms since the walk to their house wasn’t far from them.

“When next we are going to the town we will use the car, I feel like you’ve put in so much weight”

Chloe held the tissue box while Louisa took out of it wiping her tears. “You’ve cried enough Lou, I don’t even find him that good looking like Dylan”

Chloe placed the box of tissue on the table and pouted her lips. “Maybe you don’t notice but it’s dinner time now I’m starving”

Louisa sniffed back her tears, how could she make this little girl understand that Dylan’s parents sees her as their grand child and they’ve planned to get she and Dylan married as soon as possible.

The doorbell rang before it was pushed open, Dylan came in panting slightly. “Lou, I’m sorry I couldn’t make it earlier, I had a very tight schedule today at the office plus you weren’t there to assist me”

Louisa stood up immediately she saw him, she held his collar shaking him slightly.

“Your parents fixed our engagement and you didn’t say anything about it there and it hasn’t even been up to ten hours already your mum posted the news on her Instagram handle as if that was not enough Jake broke up with me because of you!”

Dylan’s lips turned into a broad smile as he heard about the break up, he has been waiting for ages for that looser to call it quits with Louisa and now it finally happened.
