MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Everyone had a creased brow the scene was going great already and yet it was ruined. Evelyn smiled in content she almost kissed her manager out of joy.

The director swallowed hard staring at Liam “Mr Grayson is anything the matter?”

Amelia’s mouth dropped as she spotted Liam sitting among the crew members and director.

“The male lead is a bit sluggish and he didn’t do his part to my satisfaction”

Kelvin gulped down a huge spit ball he of course knew exactly why Liam was here after all his beloved wife was to kiss him in this scene. He blew air on his forehead everywhere suddenly seemed too hot for him.

Amelia met his gaze and tried to communicate with him through gestures but his face was indifferent towards her.

“What is going on in his head now?” She mumbled.

The director laughed awkwardly “Mr Grayson don’t worry he’ll get it right this time”

The director turned towards kelvin and Amelia “You’ll start from the kissing part since the other acts were brilliant”

Kelvin tried as much as possible to avoid Liam’s powerful gaze that was sending jolts of current to his whole body.

“And action!”

Kelvin lowered his face towards Amelia before he could even reach halfway…..

“Cut!”

Their was a small groan coming from the crew as they turned towards Liam they wanted to witness this badly.

The director itched his bald head, he turned to Liam who was beside him. “Mr Grayson do you have a problem with it this time?”

“Who signed that guy? he lacks acting skills” Liam complained looking around except from Amelia’s gaze, he could tell that she was getting upset.

“You were the one who offered him a contract after you bought star entertainment from it’s original owners”.

Liam immediately regretted his decision of signing a contract with kelvin. He wasn’t really present on the day of signing because he had no interest in the entertainment industry but after that scandal that threatened to ruin Amelia’s career he bought star entertainment off it’s original owners.

“Tell him to do better” Liam ordered the director who quickly passed the message to Kelvin.

“And action!”

Kelvin touched Amelia’s cheek slightly before he could even lean forward..

“Cut!”

Everyone were already getting frustrated, they have always wanted to see the magic and fireworks between these two.

Amelia angrily walked away from the set heading towards Liam.

“You keep interfering in between the scenes do you have a problem? we’ve been stuck repeating the same scene” She fired.

There was a loud gasp followed by murmurs, the director quickly intervened. “Mr Grayson I apologize to you on behalf of miss Hart it’s true that we’ve been repeating a scene for a while now and it’s getting a bit ummmm…. annoying”

Liam scoffed at them “So how is it my fault that you have a bad actor as a male lead?”

Amelia squinted her eyes at him “Really? then why don’t you show us how to act really well Mr perfect!”

Liam raised a brow, was that a new nickname?

To everyone’s atonishment, he didn’t take a second to think about. He rose to his feet. “Why not? let me show you how it’s done”

They stared at each other in disbelief even the director was dumbstruck he knew something was off with this two but he couldn’t put a finger to it.

Amelia wasn’t expecting the reply she got, Liam snapped a finger in front of her to bring her back to her right mind.

He held her hand taking her to the set and asked kelvin to stand back.

Amelia squinted her eyes at him suspiciously “What are you doing here Liam? answer me honestly”

The director called their attention “And action!”

Liam’s hand went to the back of her neck inching his face close to hers.

The rest thought he was simply showing an example but they were surprised when their lips met.

“we are using this scene” the director announced to the camera man.

“But sir that isn’t kelvin”

“It’s a back view don’t worry about it, no one will be able to see his face”

Amelia bit Liam’s lips slightly, it was already way past the time for this scene. “That’s enough now Liam” Amelia scolded.

Liam smirked at her before leaving the set, kelvin returned back to Amelia with a teasing smile on his lips. “You have a really jealous husband” he remarked to see her blush.

It suddenly dawned on her, could this be the reason that he was behaving strangely since today?

“Don’t turn red! he interrupted the scenes because he doesn’t want any other person to kiss his precious wife”.

Amelia turned to the seat where he was sitting a while ago but it was now empty and he was nowhere to be found.

“That’s the end of the shoot for today” The director announced and left.

Amelia sighed in relief “Thank goodness! my head was already starting to hurt”

Kelvin excused himself to take a call and at the same time Evelyn made her way to Amelia. “Oh dear I’m sure you must be dreaming about that kiss over and over again don’t think further it was just a once in a lifetime opportunity”Nôvel/Dr(a)ma.Org - Content owner.

Amelia rolled her eyes “And what is your point exactly?”

Evelyn sneered at her “It should have been me instead of you on this set!”

“Maybe luck isn’t on your side then, try using a different body spray maybe that might help” Amelia scorned and walked away.

Evelyn sniffed her clothes to confirm if she had an odour or something..

Amelia returned home after her shoot, her head was really banging, she spotted an unfamiliar car in the surrounding when her car drove in.

“Who could that be?”

She massaged her head slightly as she came down from the car heading into the building.

Her brows furrowed when she saw who the intruder was, it seems this lady never learns her lesson after being humiliated so many times.

“Hello actress”

Allison waved at Amelia with a wide grin on her lips.

Amelia sighed the least thing she wanted to do now was argue with this empty headed lady, she took notice of the luggages next to Allison and raised her head in surprise.

Allison caught the look of surprise that crossed Amelia’s face. “Oh this nearly missed my mind, my wedding with Liam has been finalized today so these are a few of my belongings I’ll be staying here with Liam from now on”
