Chapter 24 Like A Mermaid

Chapter 24 Like a Mermaid

The girl had a slender figure and fair skin. From afar, she looked just like a mermaid.

"I asked her to have a drink with me a few days ago, but she gave me the cold shoulder. So, I gave her

role to other actors, which must be why she's here shooting this kind of advertisement." Mark laughed

lecherously as he said so.

When he tried to get another look at Margaret, a figure blocked his sight.

Mark couldn't help feeling a little annoyed, but when he realized it was Charleston, he quickly

suppressed his frustration. "Mr. Limbaugh..."

Charleston was emotionless. "Mr. Andrews, I've prepared a feast for you. This way, please," he

motioned Mark along.

After that, he turned to the other two men.

"Please excuse us, I still have something to discuss with Mr. Andrews, so I'd better not waste both of

your time. I'll get my bodyguards to send you back later," he told them politely.

He was obviously asking them to leave.

The two felt a little disappointed, but since Charleston had requested for them to do so, they had no

other choice but to leave.

Thus, they replied, "We can go back by ourselves. Thank you for having us, Mr. Limbaugh."

They were ordered to leave, but they still had to force a smile at Charleston.

This was the kind of person Charleston was.

No one in the whole of Asshington dared to disrespect him. In other words, he was the king here.

Mark watched his two friends leave and smirked.

If he could collaborate with the Limbaugh Group, he wouldn't have to worry about his company's profits

for the coming few years.

He proudly entered the room without noticing the coldness that was flashing in Charleston's eyes

behind him.

"Master Charleston, everything has been well-prepared according to your instructions," Larry reported.

Charleston nodded and walked towards the swimming pool.

At the scene of the photoshoot.

As the celebrity was not in her peak condition, the photoshoot was still ongoing.

Margaret frowned. Fortunately, there were heaters around the swimming pool area. Otherwise, she

would have frozen to death if she had stayed here in a bikini for such a long time.

Suddenly, Margaret felt a source of warmth on her body, as a man's suit jacket was draped over her

shoulders.

Margaret turned around, only to see Charleston standing behind her.

"Charleston?" Margaret was surprised. She thought about returning his suit jacket.

However, Charleston pressed on her shoulder. "If you dare take off the suit, then take off your swimsuit

as well!" he stressed.

"You..." Margaret blushed.

Charleston purposely inched close to her ear and whispered, "You have a great figure. I am very happy

with it, but if I ever see you wearing a swimsuit in front of others again, I will carry you to my bed right

away and take all of them off!"

The man's words were overbearing and obscene.

However, Margaret didn't know how to refute and she could only glare at him speechlessly.

The photoshoot director saw Charleston and Margaret talking to each other, and was about to

approach them to say something. Before he could, Larry came forward and whispered in the director's NôvelDrama.Org content.

ear.

Suddenly, the photoshoot director's facial expression changed drastically and he shouted, "Let's call it a

day."

Hearing this, Margaret went back to the place where her belongings were kept. Suddenly, her cell

phone rang.

She saw that Sandra was calling her. Margaret was confused. Why did she call?

Margaret answered the call, "What's the matter?"

"Where are you now, Margaret?" Sandra's tone was so gentle that it gave Margaret goosebumps.

"What do you want?" Margaret asked back, her tone hostile.

"Well, if you have time now, let's meet somewhere and discuss more about Tiana's role. I'll let you

know the commencement date of the shooting and show you what you need to prepare for it," Sandra

explained.
