Chapter 150 You’d Better Leave Me Alone
Samara moved too quickly. Serena never thought that she would do such a thing. Serena looked at her phone that had been
snatched away and her expression changed instantly. “Give it back!”
Samara smiled and pressed the button on Serena’s phone. The screen lit up. The recorder was on.
Serena looked at her phone and her face turned pale. “I accidentally hit the button.”
Samara glanced at her. “Do you think I will believe you?”
She was not a fool.
But…
Samara raised her eyebrows and threw the phone back to Serena. “Serena, I advise you to leave me alone. You can’t handle it if
I’m mad.”
After Samara finished speaking, she turned and left.
As for what Serena wanted to do with the recording, it didn’t matter. If she dared to make an issue of it, Samara would make her cry and beg her.
Serena hurriedly took the phone, and the first thing she did was look at the recording.
The recording on the phone was still fine. Samara did not delete it.
Serena looked up at Samara’s back and could not help but frown. Was Samara not worried that she would do something with the audio?
But since Samara already knew why Serena came, this recording was useless now.
Serena did not know how Samara found that she was recording. She could only think of another way as it had come to this.
Samara got up early today, and it was not office hours yet when she came to the office. Jimena had not come yet.
There were many documents piled up on the table, which probably should have been handled yesterday.
Samara made herself a cup of herbal tea, drew a document, and slowly paged through it.
She felt better now that she had recovered.
Samara had only sat down for five minutes when Jimena arrived.
“Ms. Novak, are you feeling better?”
Samara glanced at her. “Much better. Has the bidding plan for the land in the north been settled?”
Jimena nodded. “Not yet. Mr. Silva said that you are in charge of this project, so he asked you to have a look first.”
Samara clicked her tongue. “Rogelio’s attitude changed quite fast.”
Two months ago, Rogelio had secretly mocked Samara for being blindly bold, but now he was so “open–minded“.
Jimena nodded. “Not only this project, but also the project of the New Bay District. Mr. Silva also said to follow your plan.”
Samara smiled, “I got it.”
So Rogelio was also a spineless person.
If he had not shown such a complete change of attitude, Samara would not look down on him so much.

After Jimena finished reporting the content of the meeting yesterday, it was time for the morning meeting today.
Samara was not here yesterday. The bidding plan for the north was not set. The construction plan for the amusement park in the New Bay District was not finalized either. Today, Samara came back. Naturally, another meeting should be held to decide
these matters.
The meeting lasted for more than two hours. When Samara came out of the meeting room, it was already noon. Rogelio looked at her kindly. “Ms. Novak, I heard that you were sick. Have you gotten better?”
Samara glanced at him and replied indifferently, “I’m fine. Thank you for your concern, Mr. Silva.”
Rogelio was not pissed. He said a few more words, asking Samara to take care of herself before returning to his office.
Seeing Rogelio leave, Jimena, who was at the side, said, “Ms. Novak, Mr. Wright is downstairs.”
Hearing Jimena’s words, Samara frowned slightly. “Jeff?”
Jimena nodded. “It’s him.”
“So, the Humphrey family’s here to settle scores with me.” Belongs © to NôvelDrama.Org.
Samara smiled mockingly, “Ask him up.”
