Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1557

"Yeah, yeah, we were so clueless before, causing all this trouble. It's totally on us. We bought these snacks with our pocket money, and they're all your favorites. We really hope you can forgive us."

Fiona reached into the bag and picked out a pack of sour cream and onion chips, putting the rest back.

"I'll just have these, thanks."

"You're not upset with us, right?"

One of the girls looked a bit worried that Fiona might be mad. After all, Fiona was tight with Jackson, and any drama with Allen could spell trouble for her favorite idol.

"Nah," Fiona shook her head, casually tearing open the bag of chips and munching away. "They're yummy, I really like them."

The girls breathed a sigh of relief and headed back to their seats.

You know what they say when someone gives you something, it's only right to return the favor. Fiona shot Jackson a quick message to ask how to deal with the Allen situation.

Jackson replied in no time, and once Fiona saw that Allen wasn't in any real hot water, she relaxed. They were on good terms, after all.

Monday rolled around in no time.

For the school's outdoor event, parents could tag along, and some opted to drive themselves to dodge the crowded school bus.

As it got closer to departure time, Fiona and Nash were still nowhere to be seen, making some folks on the bus restless.

Some parents perked up their ears when they heard other students gossiping about Fiona.

What they heard really ticked them off.

"Does she think she's some kind of heiress? We're all waiting on just her!"

"Exactly! If it wasn't for Nash's family connections, we wouldn't be waiting. We could just hire our own bus."

About ten minutes later, Fiona and Nash finally showed up. Jackson was planning to drop them off since he had a project nearby.noveldrama

They hopped onto the bus and found a seat, but some parents weren't too pleased with Fiona's attitude. Besides her pretty face, what else did Fiona have going for her?

Watching Fiona chat with Nash, they couldn't help but think about her recent rise to fame. First, she was linked with Allen, and then she got involved with the Woods family. She didn't seem like a straight-laced girl.

As the bus took off, Fiona looked around. Many parents seemed to have a bone to pick with her, but she didn't mind as long as they didn't confront her. But she did notice Tyler wasn't around.

She texted Tyler: "Aren't you coming to the school's event?"

After waiting for a reply that never came, Fiona leaned against the window and dozed off.

An hour and a half later, they arrived at a charming village nestled on the edge of a scenic mountain and the picturesque countryside. The air was

crisp and fresh, and the GTA

quickly started handing out

assignments.

Keaton had booked several rooms for the group, and after getting their tasks, everyone went to drop off their stuff before regrouping in the main hall.
