Tyler started laughing, releasing her hand to discuss the upcoming scenes with the director. By the time they wrapped up for the day, the sun was setting. The director clapped his hands to get everyone's attention.

"Tyler's treating everyone to drinks tonight. Everyone free?"

Anna's eyes lit up, guessing Tyler's generosity might be on her account.

When the crew disbanded, transportation became the next concern. Anna made her way directly to Tyler.

"Tyler, give me a ride, will you?"

"Sure thing."

Tyler always had a warm smile on his face, and the mole on his nose gave him an air of charm. Athena stood at a distance, watching the scene unfold but said nothing. She knew she wasn't in a position to protest. Just watching Tyler from afar was enough for her.

Doris grasped Athena's hand, clearly frustrated with her friend's lack of initiative.

"Come on, go up to him. Tell Tyler you don't have a car and ask for a lift. His SUV is huge; there's plenty of room. Look at Anna, practically leaning against him."

Athena, having reached a modest level of fame, did have a personal ride-not exactly cheap, but still a far cry from the luxury vehicles some stars flaunted. It was a bit humble compared to others, but she didn't care much about appearances.

The group headed to a bar. Since they had filming the next day, the director had already advised everyone to take it easy on the drinks.

As soon as Athena arrived, she scanned the place for Tyler, only to find out from someone that he and Anna had gone to a private lounge upstairs.

The upstairs lounges were for VIPs, while the one they were in was for regular guests. The bar wasn't exclusive; anyone with the cash could access the upper level, but there was a hefty minimum spend-ten grand to start with.

Doris saw Athena considering going up and quickly stepped in.

"Are you nuts? You're going to drop ten grand just to see Tyler? What if you walk in on something you don't want to see?"

Athena paused, maintaining a calm demeanor. "I just want to see him. He rarely visits the set, and it might be a while before I get another chance."

"You don't have his number?"

"No."

Doris nearly fainted from

exasperation. Despite their close encounters, Athena didn't even have his contact info. Yet she still

believed Tyler would take

responsibility for her. It was like

watching a naive romantic comedy unfold.

Athena was usually frugal, never splurging on clothes and reusing old outfits, which was considered quite modest in the celebrity world. But now, she didn't hesitate to spend ten grand without batting an eye.

Doris knew she couldn't stop her, so she sighed deeply. “Just be careful, okay? Tyler's a player, a real piece of work. Wake up before it's too late."

Athena didn't seem to register Doris's warning. She handed over the money and followed the staff to the upper-level lounges without a second thought.

But there were so many rooms upstairs, she had no idea where Tyler was. Luck would have to guide her.

Turning a corner, she spotted a tall man seemingly in conversation with someone. As she passed by, she caught the mention of Tyler's name.

Fitch leaned against the wall, not particularly interested in the evening's socializing. Tyler had promised something special, but it

turned out to be just another night with a bunch of celebrities around.

Others seemed to enjoy it, but Fitch wasn't one for such gatherings, so he had stepped out for a breather.

Athena stopped near him, her expression sincere. "Excuse me, do you know which room Tyler's in?"

Fitch, momentarily interrupted as he instructed the manager to send more drinks, glanced at her. She seemed like the innocent type, and he wondered if she had been misled by Tyler.

He frowned, not wanting to get involved. "No idea."

Tyler was likely in a room full of people, and this girl barging in would only lead to awkwardness.

Athena hesitated but wasn't discouraged. "I overheard you sending drinks to Tyler's room."

Fitch's frown deepened. This girl certainly couldn't read the room. He didn't want to give her any more information, so with a simple nod to the manager, he let him leave.

He had little patience for the situation and wasn't about to divulge anything further. But Athena quickly followed the manager, clearly set on finding Tyler's room.

Fitch chose not to intervene, though he did call Tyler.

"Someone's here looking for you."

Tyler, engrossed in a dice game with friends, laughed. "People come looking for

me all the time. Doesn't mean I have to meet them all."

Fitch sighed, knowing he had wasted his time making the call.
