After addressing the live broadcast camera, the filming director raised his hand and knocked on the door. The audience in the live broadcast room waited in anticipation.

“I wonder if Milly is different in real life compared to her TV persona?”

“It’s so early. Do you think she’s even awake yet?”

As the audience waited, the door creaked open with a “click,” and Milly appeared, only half of her visible on camera.

“Wow, Milly’s in pajamas and an eye mask! Her black pajamas look gorgeous; the fabric drapes so beautifully!”

Milly had woken up right after Howard left. She’d skipped the makeup and fancy clothes, aiming for an authentic, relatable appearance on the live broadcast.

The production crew had arrived early to capture the unfiltered, everyday life of a celebrity.

Howard switched to Evie’s live broadcast for a moment.

Evie had agreed to join the show because Howard was concerned about Milly being alone. Without an assistant, Milly could face difficulties in managing any interpersonal issues during filming, so he had asked Evie to join the show.

He trusted Evie to look out for Milly, and since the show was popular, Evie had agreed without hesitation.

Howard stayed in the stairwell lounge until Milly left with the production crew.

After she answered the last question, the director glanced over at the live broadcast room.

As a flurry of farewell messages flooded the screen, Howard turned off his phone, finished the last bite of his toast, and headed off to work.

A few hours later, the plane touched down.

Milly and the production team arrived at their first filming location—a stunning riverside mansion.
