Kate walked up to Alex and seeing his wounds mark and fading wounds, she felt sad. "It's been hard

on you, Alex."

She didn't want to tell him he neglected himself and jumped in danger because she felt a few people

like Alex would risk their lives for their master, which was already heartwarming.

She was just saying this to make fun of the situation.

“Wifey, how about Amy and you take Daniel to the hospital corridor? I need to talk to Alex for a while.”

Even though she dearly wanted to spend more time with Kate and her godson, Amy didn’t want to

David looked firm, even Kate was confused; she thought he asked her formally, but now it seemed

They didn’t go far; David took them to the restaurant near the hospital; they walked in, David booked a

private room for them, and the manager came to greet them.

The manager took them to the top floor. Daniel was hungry and won’t take formula, so the manager

sent another female coworker to lead Kate to another private room where she could comfortably

breastfeed Daniel.

Unknown to her, David walked to the window and looked outside; from there, he could see the hospital;

he took out a small finger size telescope and looked into it.

After a few moments, he sneered in disdain and gave a smile that would turn anyone into ice from fear.
