Chapter 1303 Do Not Tattle To Benjamin
Chapter 1303 Do Not Tattle To Benjamin
The bodyguards, who were always by the kids' side to ensure their safety, heard them whispering among themselves. They seemed to have played a trick on Benjamin, which left the bodyguards speechless.
“Shall we go take a look?” Jasper suggested to his siblings excitedly.
“Let's. Maybe Mr. Graham forgot his tissues!” Oliver adjusted his glasses as a mischievous gleam glinted in his eyes.
Tim could not help but laugh when he thought about Benjamin's predicament. “I think there's toilet paper in the restroom.”
He knew because he had been to the hospital's public restroom before.
“Maybe it's all used up.” Zachary winked at him.
“He'll notice us if we all go.” Jesse looked around at her brothers, thinking it was better not to go.
Gavin glanced at the others. He agreed with Jesse. “He's having diarrhea. Are you sure you want to smell that?”
Zachary and the rest shuddered at that thought and immediately dismissed the idea.
“Let's go find Mommy. The duck confit won't taste good once it gets cold,” Tim proposed.
“Come on. Let's go find Mommy!” Jasper called out, heading toward the elevator while carrying a large
bag.
“Let's go! Let's go upstairs and eat with Mommy!” Overjoyed, Jesse jogged to catch up to him.
Gavin, Tim, Zachary, and Oliver hurried after them.
The bodyguards also followed close behind. Suddenly, Zachary turned around and shot them a look that sent shivers down their spines. “Don't you dare go tattling to Benjamin about what we were discussing!”
“Yes, Zachary!” The bodyguards quickly nodded in agreement.
Zachary nodded in satisfaction, then followed everyone else into the elevator.
Arissa was overjoyed when she saw the children. “Sweethearts, you're back so soon?”
“We're fast, aren't we? Do you feel any discomfort, Mommy?”
“We brought you duck confit and some other yummy treats. They're still piping hot.”
The little ones gathered close around her, and she spent some time showering them with affection before noticing someone was missing. Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Where's your daddy? Didn't he come back with you?”
The children exchanged glances, then said, “He wandered off after bringing us back to the hospital. We've no idea where he went.”
“Oh.” From their reply, it seemed to Arissa that Benjamin was still at the hospital. Perhaps he bumped into an acquaintance and went to say hello.
All seven of them gathered around to tuck into the duck confit and other delicious dishes together.
“Eat up, Mommy. It's really tasty!”
The children moved closer to her attentively, their gentle and adorable voices melting her heart.
“Okay, I will. Did you guys have a good meal with your daddy?” she asked, slipping on a pair of disposable gloves while gazing at the children with a smile.
“Mm-hmm. We're full, but we'd still like to eat a bit more.”
“In that case, put on some gloves and have some more with me.” Amused by their response, she urged them to join her. Benjamin has packed a lot of food, and I can't eat much.
Cheering, the children quickly put on disposable gloves and ate with her. While eating, they shared with her what they did at the amusement park.
They were in the middle of enjoying their meal when Benjamin walked in.
Arissa looked up and noticed something seemed off about his expression. Hence, she asked with concern, “What's the matter?”
Seeing that they were eating, he did not explain. “I'm going to the restroom.”
Clutching at his stomach, he quickened his pace. I just took care of this downstairs. Why is there still more?
Benjamin pondered over what he had eaten that could have upset his stomach. The dishes at Drawbridge Dining are always carefully prepared, and I've never suffered from food poisoning after eating there. So, why today?
His stomach was seized by waves of pain, causing even the usually composed man to display a hint of discomfort.
